Story time: Read Matt 8:5-13 out loud to them.

Prayer: Pray that God may heal someone you know who is sick. Allow them to repeat the prayer after you.

Craft activity:
• Help your children to make paper dolls to remind them that the centurion asked Jesus to heal his servant OR
• Help your children to design a Roman Centurion’s helmet and allow them to wear it.

Application:

• In the story we see that Jesus is bigger than any sickness.
• Tell your children about a time when you were sick and how God healed you.
