Sun, Apr 20, 2014
Freedom is so important such that over the years millions of people have died in pursuit of freedom. Real freedom is outside the ability of man. We are all prisoners and we can therefore not save each other. Without God's help there's no freedom Though God is not looking for us to vote for Him...there is a manifesto for our freedom.
The courage of conviction: One more move (Part II)
Sun, Apr 13, 2014
Moses celebrated the Passover by faith (v28). Paul and Silas were in prison but they knew they were not prisoners. Moses celebrated his freedom though they were still in Egypt. We are in the world but we are not of the world, we are in prison but we're not prisoners. Essence of the courage of conviction: Behave what God says you are though your reality says something different. Highest form of faith- celebrate the promises and live as if you already are there. The only way to get out of prison is not to complain but to praise. Paul & Silas were in shackles. Praise= worship God on credit. He becomes your debtor and He will pay back with interest. The one who was keeping them prisoner washed their wounds. Whatever was keeping you prisoner will work for your good
The courage of conviction

Radical People: MEN OF COVENANT
Sun, Mar 16, 2014
Radical people are covenant people. Radical people do things that other people do not do and do it differently. They are prepared to lay down their lives for others. Covenant is an agreement that is not seasonal; it is forever: * You come in covenant because of things you don't have in common. * Do not be in a relationship because you know that it is promising. * Stability is a key in any relationship, stay there and grow some roots. * Think before you say something, do not respond to the joy of the moment. * Keep your promise in all times. Radical People: 1. Respect their covenant 2. Honour their covenant 3. Maintain their covenant 4. Are faithful to their covenant.
