Every one of us has a specific calling and is anointed to serve. The anointing is not there to sit on. Do not let low self confidence to prevent you from expressing the anointing. We are not called to do the same thing. God has called us to serve using the anointing that He has bestowed upon us - everyone playing their role to the glory of God. Everyone's contribution is valuable in the eyes of God

One cannot plan for growth without knowing where they are. Growth is measurable or measured from somewhere to somewhere. What are my strength that can take me where are need to be? What are the weaknesses that could hinder me from achieving my growth and how to improve or outsource them?

God has given the five fold ministry to the called so as to serve the majority. Not all of us are called to be apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Ephesians 4:11). We are all called for the following: Salvation (God), Family, Work, Church (Temple), Community. The world is only impressed by the functional appearance of the children of God. Work is worship, work is divine. Whatever is divine is sanctified. How to do your work: Consistency, Integrity, Faithfully, Reliable, Dependable.

The work of the Holy Spirit is first internal before external. He changes your behavior; realigns your work/expertise with His word i.e. your belief system changes. When the Holy Spirit comes into your life He gives you boldness. The anointing of the Holy Spirit: i) Preaching the gospel to the poor - Preach at all times, if necessary use words. ii) Heals the broken hearted iii) Proclaims liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind iv) Proclaims the acceptable year of the Lord (Jubilee)
