Jeremiah 18:1-4; Acts 16:16-18; 2 Kings 4:32-34; 2 Kings 4:22-23; 

When God says I will do...it is not the point where He starts work. God is always at work. He started working way before.

God told Jeremiah to go into the potter’s house. He saw the potter at the wheel.

• Preparation of the clay before use
• Clay put on the wheel
• Clay is a material which is malleable

When God comes to speak to us He doesn't complicate things. He is clear in the way He speaks to us because He wants us to understand what He has spoken.

We have ears to hear. If we can't hear God speaking to us it means there's something which is in the way. God speaks one way or the other and we need to be able to perceive it.

And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make.

As the wheel turns you have access to all areas of the clay. The potter doesn't need to move to access the clay. There's intimacy- closeness.

God requires us to be on the wheel of transformation. Radical people are not those who will make themselves radical...you need to open to being on the wheel.
