A church building is not justified unless God Himself is present in it, in which case His presence must be unmistakeable. Technically speaking we should not be inviting God in our midst as though He were a visitor in His own house.

God has entrusted his glorious message to a frail and valuable human being. Paul urges us to be soft with one another in order to celebrate the strength in one another. The high priest was able to relate to the strong and have compassion for the weak because as much as he had power, he himself was also subject to weaknesses. He accepted that sometimes people do things out of ignorance and that honest mistakes can be made.
