The four faces of glory – Part 2
Mark 4:41 by Bishop Tshalo Katshunga
It's not uncommon to know how to use things without understanding how they work. If we don't understand something, there is always a possibility that we might damage it.

 The face of a man(...continued)

Mark 4:41

They were terrified and asked each other, "Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!"

What is your belief? The kind of life in which even wind and waves obey is liveable. The level in which you find your current life doesn't nullify the existence of another level. Jesus moved into that level of life where he could get anything He wanted, including raising up the dead. The glory given to man is equal to that which Jesus operated in.

Our problem is that we do not know when to use the appropriate form of glory. It's not uncommon to know how to use things without understanding how they work. If we don't understand something, there is always a possibility that we might damage it.

Storing what you have in Defective Storage is often a common denominator in damaging or wasting the glory.

Types of defective storage

1. Dead capital: this is equal to not knowing what you have. Elijah asked the lady: what do you have in your house? She had a little bottle of oil but didn't know that it was her capital. Education is a tool for you to move onto your capital. Whatever you are good at, sharpen it for you never know when the moment of glory will come. Begin to dress and carry yourself around like what you want to become. If you can talk, then sharpen that gift.

2. Faulty research: starting on a wrong foot with your thinking to solve problems. The point of departure is a very critical step that often determines the outcome. The power of the Bible moves us into the thinking patterns of God. Spend time meditating on the word of God. The Bible contains knowledge and wisdom that can help and guide in any kind of field. We begin to act like God when we are filled with His word. When you tap into the dimension of moving with God, things will begin to follow you. It's only the Glory of God that makes life obey. If your research is faulty the outcome will also be faulty and will be thrown out.

3. Inability to tap into the potential wealth: 70% of solutions are hidden in people around you. Someone around you knows the address that you need. Our issue is that we are so poor at human relationships that God cannot use anyone to help us. The first wealth God has given you is people. Some of us have buried themselves for burning their relationships. Don't judge people because of where they are now. Learn people skills, it doesn't hurt to be nice.  Even a prisoner can help you one day. Peter understood that they needed help as the net was breaking and asked for help. He used his relationship to keep his blessing (the fish miracle) and also blessed others. What kind of person do you want to be, the one who rejoices to see his neighbour prosper or the one who would do anything to keep everyone lower than yourself at any cost? No one becomes great by themselves without help.
