As you move closer to God, gold (representing deity and holiness) takes precedence over bronze (representing judgement and justice). Proper spirituality is when you honor God. When “Honor” is mentioned in the bible it refers to financial capacity and is attached to material things. The principal of honor is missing in the church. The table of Shewbread (in the Holy Place) represents Christ’s abundant provision.
