As God lifts you up and gives you more visibility, you will face new challenges that you did not know they do exist because new level calls for new devil. When God gives you visibility, troubles are bound to come but with trouble you have to learn to triumph
The word extravagant means wasteful, over the top, profusely abundant. It is used to designate something that is beyond what it should be. When you are extravagant, people can not stop talking about you. Same apply for love, Jesus was extravagant in His love for you.
From which Perspective do you see things: Eternal or Temporal? Our approach to material possessions isn’t just important- it’s central to our spiritual life. Everything we do has eternal significance.
Any greatness, any demand for enlargement comes with great price. Everybody can have a claim to greatness and demand enlargement, but real great people are those who are willing to pay the price. It’s easy for everybody to want to be great, it is easy for everybody to dream to expand and enlarge but very few are prepared to pay the price. The difference between great people and small people is that the great are willing to pay the price for what they want to get. If you pay the price you will become what you want to be and do what you want to do.
The enemy hates anybody who comes to be a blessing to the people of God. Every time you want to do something of great significance in the kingdom of God, the enemy will attempt to take you out. A Christian who is afraid to pick a fight with the enemy Satan is committing suicide. The world we live in is a dark world, when you try to bring the light into it, darkness will always fight back. The nature of the truth is some in this world are agents of light and others of darkness.
Everything the world does is to fight faith and tell you that God is not dependable and not able to take care of you. Faith is a lifestyle, a way of life we choose to live. It means adopt and embrace a lifestyle that is different from the common. Every lifestyle has 2 components: attitude and behavior... You can not have faith in God and use words like: where is God? If there was a God why my problems are not finishing? Whatever you go through in life maintain an unshakeable faith.
When you cling to stuffs they become god and you begin to worship them. When you use them to worship God then the whole equation of life balances. The reason why Jesus accepted the biggest punishment is because his eyes saw the reward and joy set before him.
All the time God deals with people, it is Him who takes the initiative. Salvation journey starts with God self-giving, He discloses Himself to you. This means that if you want to develop or go beyond the entry level, you need to bring in your personal commitment. Everything starts with God self-giving but develop through our commitment to grow.
Solomon asked for wisdom not because he didn’t have any need but because of the purposes of God. When we say time of renewal, we are renewing ourselves so that we may begin to think the thoughts of God and challenge that which makes us sad when we do not have. Everything in life is about God. Solomon understood that if I have to do life in a fulfilled manner, it must be about God.
