Isaiah 65:24; Mark 4:41; John 11:43; John 11:11; Mark 1:11;
What kind of God is this? He speaks a promise and only fulfils it after years. What kind of God will allow you to lose a job, yet you are born again. What kind of God can I allow you to become an embarrassment in the community? He sees you stranded but keeps silent.
In Isaiah God says:
1. He answers before he hears: he answers then he hears. What kind of God is this who answers before I call? Whatever you are looking for he has already given it already. God is not moved by the things we bring (requests).
2. Everything you need from him has been provided for: Lazarus was raised before Jesus went to his tomb. Whatever you are praying for has been given, run to it.
3. We must call
Why call when he has already answered?
• God is not interested in our things but in us. He is not interested in the request but in the one bringing the request. What moves God is the fact that you finally show up.
• These things need to hear your voice. There are things that will not manifest in life until they hear your voice. Only your voice will attract them to you. Your mountain needs to hear your voice.
